    Today is an A Day

The annual blood drive is upon us.  This year it will be held on February 24th from 8-2 in the health quad.   Sign-ups will be available during lunch but walk-ins are always welcome. Last year we had 116 donor’s, let’s save even more lives this year!  Mr. Gibson has sent an email to your school accounts with more information."

Attention Juniors! Your Prom Bids will be on sale February 28th, March 1st and March 2nd after school from 2:15 – 3:15 in O233. Please check our emails for specific guidelines regarding payment and tables.

Sophomores:  It's time to order your class ring.  A rep from Jostens will be in the dining hall during lunch on Thursday and Friday.  Remember to bring a $60 deposit.

There will be an environmental club meeting in G161 today after school.  The weather forecast is looking fabulous so we'll be outside working.  Dress appropriately.

Holistic:  Oxygen Therapy:  Healthy or Hot air?  Oxygen bars are popping up across the country and many athletes, skiers and mountain climbers swear by the treatment but does breathing extra 02 really improve workout performance and cure fatigue, and jet lag?  It can be helpful at high altitudes since your body typically takes about a week to adjust to higher-than-average elevation and until it does, you may have difficulty-sleeping, feel dizzy and are winded easily.  Besides that, those are the best benefits, but stay away from flavored 02, which can contain aromatic oils that could trigger a serious respiratory condition.

The Roxbotix Booster Club is selling KrispyKreme  original glazed donuts by the dozen!!!  Buy a box for $10, donuts will be ready for pickup at RHS next Friday, 3/3 at dismissal time.

Drop off payment and sign-up at Mr. Mason's office, Mr. Hayden's robotics classroom, L203 or any of the Roxbotix student leaders - Jack Tayler, Connor Luppnow, Nick Pascua, Adam Pedersen or Anavil Patel.

Don't miss out - you can ONLY pre-pay for them today or tomorrow.
